Used this company several times, honest and trustworthy they don’t beat around the bush when it comes to telling you what needs replacing. I’ve even given my laptop to them thinking of something wrong with it. And they come back saying I just need a new charger, Everything seems transparent. I fully think they are trustworthy company to use. If I could give more stars I would. 10/10 company in my opinion. Big love James @ who’s got the bag

I contacted ARK to seek their assistance as the drive of my laptop was almost full. After a telephone conversation with Rob, we agreed that he would collect my machine, examine and return, hopefully fixed, in one day. The machine was collected by Warren and delivered back the same day duly fixed and cleaned at a reasonable charge. I would highly recommend Rob, Warren and their team at ARK who provide an excellent level of service, and communication I have not personally seen for many years. I shall be using and encouraging my friends to use ARK in the future. WELL DONE ARK TEAM you deserve success

My experience with the Ark Computer Support Team was excellent. I was experiencing some potential issues with my PC, so I raised a request via their contact details page. Rob, the manager, promptly called me to book my machine in for an investigation (I paid for the Urgent Support Band). I brought my machine into the shop, where the tech assistant was friendly, polite, and welcoming. My machine was investigated, and as a support engineer myself, I really appreciated that their internal ticketing system kept me constantly updated on the progress and testing done by the assigned engineer, Kate. As an urgent support issue, I felt the investigation was handled and prioritized correctly according to their SLAs. Fortunately, after their investigation, no issues were found (and I was further pleased that no additional fees were charged based on their policy agreement). I am happy to report that I haven’t encountered the problem again. Overall, it was a great support experience, and I believe the pricing for the support bands is fair. I would recommend this technical support team for hardware repairs and services. I am aware that they also offer other technical services, but I cannot comment on those. Keep up the great work, team, and thank you.
