    This place is excellent! I had an old external hardrive that needed recovering, Ark explained everything so clearly, kept me updated and sorted the recovery at a really reasonable price compared to other places I’d been quoted. They hade a flawless customer experience both in the office and through their email service. I am totally blown away but how smooth, friendly and professional the whole operation is.     When my laptop died, ARK were very professional in checking whether it could be repaired. They kept me informed on progress and, when it was clear it was not fixable, offered data retrieval and found me a replacement laptop for a very good price. I am happy to recommend them to anyone in need of help and support with their IT.

    I had an amazing experience with this company. I took my laptop in for a non-urgent inspection as it had water damage; my insurance company had refused to pay for the accidental damage as they had found ‘no evidence’. ARK provided a free report and photographs proving extensive water damage and as a result the insurance company paid out in full. This type of service is so extraordinary nowadays that I can only describe as exceptional.
